Eaves Hall, Clitheroe

Rachel & Ryan

“Thank you so much for such amazing pictures of us on our wedding day, they capture the day perfectly and we couldn’t be happier”

Rachel and Ryan’s wedding at Eaves Hall in Clitheroe was stunning.  I had been looking forward to this day from the moment they booked me.

When arriving at Eaves Hall you are blown away at how jaw dropping the Georgian Mansion is as you stand at the bottom of the steps and take it all in.  The grounds are incredible and so many picture opportunities you really are spoilt for choice.

We started the day with Rachel, her mum and bridesmaids getting ready in the lodge, and not forgetting their 2 dogs Ollie and Poppy.  It was all very chilled and relaxed when we arrived but wasn’t long before the laughter started.  Once the hair and make up was finished we headed up to the main house to the Temple Suite where Rachel and the girls would put the finishing touches to getting ready.

The Temple Suite is on the corner of house and looks out onto the incredible grounds from both sides.  The light pouring through the windows on this summers day was just beautiful.

Whilst we had some time we headed downstairs to catch up with Ryan and the groomsmen and do some groom prep.  It was one of the hottest days in July and Ryan and the guys were certainly feeling it in their suits so what better excuse than to get the beers flowing.

With it being such a glorious day Rachel and Ryan had opted to have their ceremony outside at the front of the house, it looked gorgeous.  The ceremony was beautiful and emotional but the love you could see and feel between Rachel and Ryan was spectacular.

After the ceremony all the guests headed to the gardens for welcome drinks and we took family, friends and group photos.  We then headed off with Rachel and Ryan to do some portrait shots, where to start in these grounds I was like a child in a sweet shop.

The wedding breakfast took place in the dining room and the day was hosted by Ryan Smith who also was the evening entertainment.  The breakfast was finished off with heartfelt and hilarious speeches.

Rachel and Ryan chose to have their first dance in the amazing gardens with the setting sun as a background, before partying the night away with their amazing DJ Ryan Smith.

We loved being part of Rachel and Ryan’s day and would like to thank all the staff at Eaves Hall for looking after us as they always do.  We wish Rachel and Ryan years of happiness.
